NEW UCS CONNECTION

The Universal Connection System (UCS) delivers up to 3x the torsional stiffness of previous drop-through style connection systems. Double rows of side-by-side mast-fuse screws distribute loads both laterally and longitudinally, creating maximum stability, while the supported mast-fuse saddle preserves the fuselages full structural integrity by eliminating the material cut-outs required by traditional drop-through systems. A unique sleeve-saddle fuse-wing connection provides further stability and support for the stiffest overall connection between mast, fuselage and front/tail wings.

NEW HOLLOW ALU CONSTRUCTION

By removing excess material inside the fuselage in areas where its not structurally needed, we are able to achieve a 32% weight saving, thereby achieving the weight of carbon but with the strength and price advantages of aluminium.

NEW FAST-CONNECT FUSE-MAST SCREWS

Anti-fall-out rubber retainers keep all four fuse-mast screws securely attached to the fuselage for fast assembly. Simply place the fuselage onto the mast and tighten the screws – no loose screws to insert, align or keep track of. Assemble your fuse to your mast in 15 seconds rather than 30 seconds, shaving 50% of your setup time.

NEW PRECISION TUNING

The UCS platform enables independent adjustment of wing angles and longitudinal balance. Using optional angle spacer sets and fuselage collars, you can fine-tune front and tail wing angles, shift wing positions, and optimise stability, lift profile and pitch response.

NEW REVERSIBLE

For the 66cm size, both sides are symmetrical so you can connect your fuselage to your mast either way around. For the 79cm size, one side is 8cm longer than the other, so placing the longer side forward generates more power and shorter side forwards reduces power. For the 99cm size, one side is 2cm longer than the other so placing the longer side forward generates more power and shorter side forwards reduces power.

*109cm size is not reversible. One side is considerably longer than the other – placing the longer side forward is recommended for course racing.
