WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE SHAPE?
The Touring range draws inspiration from our winning race designs to offer optimal glide characteristics, while the lowered centre gravity makes for stable paddling over longer distances, with the added benefit of gear-carrying capability.
Its flat side planes mimic a catamaran’s stability while the straight middle rocker ensures optimal glide. A specially designed secure bag storage, positioned conveniently in front of the standing area, not only enhances accessibility but also lowers the centre of gravity, providing heightened control and stability for gear transportation.

BUNGEE TIE DOWN
Located on the nose and tail of the board ensures a dry ride for your luggage. Essential for expeditions and long-distance adventures.
Xtec Carbon D2 comes without rear bungee inserts.
THIN SHARP SLICING NOSE
Inspired by our fastest racing board the Sprint, the taller squarer nose profile limits it diving in chop and reduces splashing, providing a silent and smooth glide. The slightly narrower nose outline at the tip has a cleaner entry for a faster glide and improved efficiency.
STRAIGHT AND DEEP CHANNEL
Improves straight-line tracking, allowing you to paddle straighter on one side for longer. Deep center channel funnels water smoothly from nose to tail generating lift and speed.
ANGLED NOSE RAIL EDGE
Restricts water wrapping the nose for more efficient paddling with less drag.
RECESSED DRAINAGE CHANNEL

THE STRONGEST RAIL EVER TESTED
PineTec D2 builds on the proven durability of the original construction while reducing overall weight through an optimized internal structure. Designed for strength and reliability, it delivers a durable yet responsive feel on the water.
The construction features a 0.6 mm Australian pine deck sandwich, laminated between fiberglass layers to increase breakage strength while reducing resin absorption and weight.
D2 technology optimizes the internal structure to remove unnecessary material while maintaining a strong, impact-resistant outer shell. Strategic reinforcements strengthen key load areas for long-term durability.

LIGHTWEIGHT PERFORMANCE CONSTRUCTION
XTEC Carbon D2 is a lightweight performance construction designed to improve responsiveness and maneuverability in the surf. Reduced board weight makes the board easier to turn, quicker to react on the wave and easier to carry to and from the water.
D2 technology optimizes the internal structure to reduce weight while maintaining a strong, impact-resistant outer shell. Strategic reinforcements are placed in key load areas to maintain durability and reliability in surf conditions.
The result is a lightweight construction that helps riders generate speed on the wave and transition quickly between turns.
