ACE FOIL LIGHTNING vs ACE FOIL
Both the Ace Foil and Ace Lightning models share the same design but differ in size scaling. The Ace Lightning is longer and narrower, reducing drag and extending the waterline for faster glide and earlier takeoff—ideal for flat-water and downwind SUP foiling or racing. In contrast, the Ace Foil is slightly shorter and wider, offering a more agile and playful flight with greater maneuverability in both downwind conditions and waves. Its compact design helps limit catching during turns while extra width ensures stability. In short, the Ace Lightning is optimized for speed, while the Ace Foil excels in agility and control.
Key Features
HIGH-ASPECT PARALLEL OUTLINE
Based on a teardrop outline, the Lightning range has a straighter parallel outline to maximise the stability and efficiency.
PIN TAIL
Tracking and efficiency are two key aspects of the pintail design. The pin tail offers great tracking for catching bumps and fast and smooth takeoff and minimal catch when touching the water.
ROUND BOXY RAILS
Designed for ease of use in choppy conditions, these round yet boxy rails deliver superior stability and handling, ensuring a responsive spring for takeoff.
ROCKER
The rocker is fine-tuned for speed, spring, and larger bumps. The rockerline has been tested in a range of conditions, from flatwater to large ocean swell and is both lightning fast in take offs and forgiving in touch downs.
CORDUROY DECK PAD
Featuring a dual corduroy texture, the pad enhances board feel while delivering exceptional grip and comfort for every ride. The different orientation of the corduroy in the center of the board allows you to feel where you stand.
FLAT DECK
The deck is kept flat to utilize the full width, offering more space and comfort from these narrow outlines.
BOARD SOCK INCLUDED
Reduces paper waste and protects your board from dust, scratches, and UV damage. Made of stretchable polyester, it fits various board shapes and has a secure drawstring closure.

NEW CARBON D2
ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT PERFORMANCE
Carbon D2 is the lightest performance construction in the range, designed to maximize responsiveness while minimizing weight. The reduced weight helps riders accelerate quickly, lift onto foil earlier and maintain efficient flight.
A custom process uses traditional epoxy lamination instead of expanding epoxy resin, reducing weight while maintaining structural strength. Additional Carbon reinforcements increase stiffness in key load areas while keeping the board light and responsive.
