A gold medallist at three consecutive ICF SUP World Championships in Inflatable/40+ competition, Lim Sujeong is Starboard Korea's team head coach and a Starboard Dream Team rider. Her pursuit of international competition goes hand in hand with developing athletes and the team.

Ten years as a combat-sports athlete, a Muay Thai world title and experience as a CrossFit coach form the foundation of her approach to training.

She shares lessons from domestic and international racing and works with athletes to find a training direction suited to their performance goals. Her coaching combines a competitor's feel for racing with a head coach's view of the team.

On Starboard TV, she shares her world-championship journey, post-race reflections and board and paddle tests. Discover racing, equipment and everyday moments on the water with her teammates.
