Take a look in photos first
A day on the Han River
From looking at the Han River to experiencing it yourself
Beyond the center and its moorings, Worldcup Bridge and the Han River stretch out. Seoul Water Leports Center in Nanji welcomes both people trying water sports for the first time and people using the boat mooring facilities. If you split your purpose into experiences and training or mooring, the information you need becomes much clearer.
01 · Your first water sport
From kayaks to yachts: the feel of the water you've been curious about
Start by choosing an activity to try
The training and experience programs include kayaks, keelboats and dinghy yachts. Think about whether you're more curious about moving with a paddle or using the wind, then talk with the center about the program that suits you.
For each program's age requirements, duration, included gear and latest fees, please contact the center. The fee table below is a starting point for comparison. It's best to decide on the date and program you'll actually join first, then check the booking terms.
02 · Around the center
From the spaces where you get ready to the moorings that lead onto the water
Experiences and mooring: use it for your purpose
The center has facilities for getting ready for water activities, such as a classroom, changing rooms and showers. There's also a second-floor café and a rooftop viewing area, so you can take in the building and the surrounding scenery.
If you want to store a boat or put it in the water, check the terms for the water mooring, land moorings and slipway separately. Experience fees and mooring fees are different items, so they're listed separately below too.
03 · Planning your visit
Plan your Han River day around the opening hours
Check center hours and experience schedules separately
The center is open year-round, 10:00–19:00. It's closed every Monday, on January 1, and on Seollal and Chuseok days. Experience programs don't run the same way on every operating day, so check your schedule with the center.
Your destination is downstream of the north end of Worldcup Bridge, near the Nanji Information Center. Check the center's location on the map first, and get the actual meeting point and what to bring for your booked program before you set out.
